The tenth edition of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival will take place in Hawick, Scottish Borders, Thursday 30 April - 4 May 2020, opening with a discussion forum and installations tour and concluding with our much-loved film walk. The festival thrives as a warm and inviting event with a convivial atmosphere and strong sense of community. Guests commonly stay for four to five nights.

Accommodation in Hawick during the festival is very limited. Depending on availability, Alchemy can cover 2 to 3 nights of accommodation. Additional nights can be requested at your own expense.
