INVITED GUESTS’ ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

The twelfth edition of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival takes place in Hawick, Scottish Borders, Thursday 28 April – Sunday 1 May 2022, with its small selection of online elements continuing through Monday 2 May. 

Accommodation in Hawick during the festival is extremely limited. Depending on availability, Alchemy can cover up to two nights of accommodation. Additional nights can be requested at your own expense. Our guests often stay for four nights.

This Accommodation Request will help us allocate you a room and coordinate your stay with us.

We kindly request that you please complete the form by Monday 21 March. Requests received after this date may not be considered.

We endeavour where possible to provide all delegates with car travel from Galashiels. Alternatively, delegates are welcome to make their own way to Hawick via car or the X95 bus, which travels daily between Carlisle and Edinburgh.
