We currently have three job opportunities available for the delivery of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival 2020, Alchemy Film & Arts’ flagship event. 


PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
The Production Associate will work directly with Alchemy Film & Arts’ Production Director to ensure the successful development and delivery of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival 2020. This will include key support and assistance in all areas of festival production, from venue scouting and volunteer schedules to filmmaker hospitality and event management during the festival.

This is a new role within the Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival structure, ideal for a motivated individual with skills and experience in events management and a dedication to the film and cultural sector.

COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT
The Communications Assistant will collate and coordinate data regarding films, filmmakers, scheduling and venues, towards the production of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival’s Festival Guide and Festival Programme. They will incorporate programme information into Alchemy Film & Art’s website, maintain online ticketing systems and manage ticketing during the festival itself.

The Communications Assistant will also assist with marketing, merchandise, and online communication of information to filmmakers and audiences.

PRINT TRAFFIC COORDINATOR
This role is integral to the successful delivery of Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival 2020. Alchemy select around 130 short films and features per year. Working closely with the festival team, the Print Traffic Coordinator will ensure receipt and coordination of final screening copies of all films selected for the festival. The Print Traffic Coordinator will maintain a database of selected films and artists and distributor contacts, liaise directly with filmmakers and distributors, tracking screening copies, and attend screen-tests of all films.
