Outwith is an exciting programme of filmmaking workshops and events for Borders-based young people delivered by Alchemy Film & Arts throughout 2021.
You’ve learned about colour and composition, about planning and production, about sound and shooting – now it’s time to Make Your Own film project!
This page contains details about what to expect from this block – Alchemy will be in touch with further details of dates and times.
MAKE YOUR OWN
September 2021 – February 2022
In this block you’ll reflect on what you’ve learned and enjoyed so far and choose something you’d like to focus on. We’ll support you to make a film, gain industry experience and work together. You’ll also have the opportunity to screen your film at Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival in April 2022.
Your film project will be supported by regular sessions between September and February. Don’t worry if you don’t know what you want to make yet – we’re there to help you think it all though.
BRIEF
