TOWN MEAL

Join Alchemy Film & Arts, in partnership with The Walled Garden in Wilton Lodge Park, for a town meal cooked by invited chef Anthony Khoury of Hawick’s Night Safe Bistro.

The meal is provided on a first come, first served basis on Saturday 10 September, 12pm – 3pm. The free town meal will be plant-based and made with ingredients grown onsite at the garden. Places are extremely limited and booking is required.

The town meal will also include a film installation themed around climate programmed by young people in the Scottish Borders, and the first public performances of new songs written by Alchemy’s Musician in Residence Miwa Nagato-Apthorp.

The town meal concludes Rich, Rich Soil, an Alchemy Film & Arts programme delivered in partnership with Burnfoot Community Futures, The Walled Garden and Abundant Borders as part of Dandelion, a nationwide creative programme commissioned by EventScotland, funded by the Scottish Government and part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK.
