We prefer to receive higher quality digital video files to be edited into our screening programme. We are especially delighted to screen film prints, though shipping costs can sometimes deter us from doing so if a print is not available in the UK.

Where is the film print located?

Please tell us where we would get the print from - ie the name and address of the distributor/print holder and in which country. Please also tell us if the print is available free or whether screening fees would need to be paid. We can usually cover the costs of shipping for a limited number of film prints.

Please supply as much information as possible about the original format of the work, on frame rate (ie. 24 fps, 30 fps, 50 fps, 60 fps etc..), resolution (ie. 1920 x 1280, 1280 x 720, 768 x 576, 720 x 480 etc..), video container (ie. file extension - Quicktime mov, AVI etc.) and video codec (ie. which compressor used - H264, AppleProRes etc.).
