The 2021 edition of our flagship event included a Live Schedule of one-off screenings, discussions, talks and performances from Thursday 29 April to Sunday 2 May.

From Thursday 29 April to Monday 3 May, audiences could also enjoy an On Demand programme of screenings, commissioned texts and recorded conversations dedicated to artists in focus.

And finally, we introduced New Tab, a curated space for our exhibitions programme and six newly commissioned works.

All 171 films across our 2021 programme were captioned for d/Deaf audiences, and our blind and partially sighted audiences could also enjoy a selection of films with Audio Description, available on-demand throughout the festival.

The entire programme of Alchemy 11 was free to attend.
