On 19 November 2020, Noorafshan Mirza and Brad Butler‘s feature film Ruptures screened as part of Continue Watching, Alchemy Film & Arts’ online season of film screenings, discussion events, and spoke with artist Sonya Dyer and Alchemy Co-Director Michael Pattison about utopian spaces, feminist modes of production, non-verbal ways of embodying struggle and articulating trauma, doing away with the patriarchal voice, and how vengeance has its uses.
