Eight short-films exploring the notion of “altered states” as many formal and thematic ranges – from one science to another, chosen from previous RISC editions. The selection includes documentary, fiction, experimental and animation films in which experimentations, dreams and realities are combined: hallucinatory wanderings in an abandoned park, traumatic experience, questionings about the reality of our existence, perceptual disabilities, senses connection, manipulations, predicted catastrophes, life stories in the desert…
